This workshop will begin with an introductory talk and tasting and we talk about all of our secrets on how to get the right texture and flavor in your favorite fermented foods!. All recipes are simple and delicious and you will learn how to keep it safe and yummy. We will cover topics of PH and botulism and flavor combinations. Then we will roll up our sleeves and begin creating the magic.
You will walk away from this workshop with a ferment fever and you will start fermenting all sorts of things. You will learn how to make great sauerkraut and kimchi and how to design your own recipes. You will learn how to make fermented beverages like Kombucha. You are going to love it!!!
